In 2006, Eventive Sports was hired by the University of Alabama to assist the University and other Tuscaloosa authorities in developing a Gameday operational plan. Some of the Gameday enhancements include additional public parking, clearly defined traffic routes to and from the stadium, improved public RV lot organization, and enhanced services and activities on the Quad. Additionally, Eventive Sports spearheaded the creation of the gameday severe weather plan and provided gameday input to the Campus Master Planning committee. Eventive Sports is also handling gameday operations for the Men’s Basketball and Women’s Gymnastics athletic events, as well as operations for UA commencements, freshman move-in and national championship celebrations. Eventive Sports created and currently maintains the University’s official gameday website. Lastly, Eventive Sports developed gameday’s social media presence and utilizes Facebook and Twitter to provide fans with up-to-the-minute information on the best traffic routes, available parking and weather updates.

In 2017, Eventive Sports was hired by UAB to assist the University and other Birmingham authorities in developing a Gameday operational plan. Some of the Gameday enhancements include defined shuttle options for students and general public, ability to pre-purchase single game public parking, clearly defined traffic routes to and from the stadium, enhanced reserved tailgate and student tailgate areas, and the measuring of game-by-game operational metrics. Eventive Sports created and currently maintains the University’s official gameday website, BlazerGameday.com. Lastly, Eventive Sports developed gameday’s social media presence and utilizes Facebook and Twitter to provide fans with up-to-the-minute information on the best traffic routes, available parking and weather updates.

Auburn University has hired Eventive Sports to manage a substantial portion of football Gameday parking operations. This includes online sales of parking passes and on-site parking operations for Auburn donor parking, Tigers Unlimited parking and public parking. The online system provides a fan-friendly interface and the ability to print your parking pass at home or display your pass on your mobile device.

In 2018, Alabama State University hired Eventive Sports to manage several aspects of their football gameday operations. This includes the development and management of the gameday parking plan including both on campus and off campus parking lots as well as a shuttle route, signage and communication strategies, and the supervision of all student workers at ticket gates, hospitality areas, and on campus parking lots. In addition, Eventive Sports designed a security plan and works with campus police, local police, and hired security companies to help maintain the safety of the stadium and campus as well as to manage traffic flow.
